Our team, spread across various locations in Connecticut including the shoreline from Waterford/East Lyme to Madison and into central areas like Middletown and Berlin. We believe that sharing miles is a rewarding experience. While we focus on competing in the USATF CT Grand Prix series, team members also train for diverse events such as marathons and Spartan races. We welcome new members who enjoy running and an active lifestyle to join our supportive and fun community.
By joining Soundrunner, you will get access to our private GroupMe chats and facebook page, where our meetups are posted and you have access to the whole team to arrange a group run if you would like as well!
We host runs and track workouts, and while locations range, some of our favorite spots are the Hamden Farmington Canal, Hammonassett Beach, Old Saybrook Point and Downtown Essex.
We also participate in the USATF CT Grand Prix, MUT and XC Series. These races are a fun way to compete against other local teams and to earn some prize money!
Membership is $25/annually and includes a SoundRunner Racing singlet. To participate in the USATFCT Circuit, you must be an active member of USATF. Click below to register for USATF.
